Site Supervisor (fresher)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Assist senior supervisors in coordinating on-site activities.
• Monitor daily progress and report to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Help maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate tasks and liaise with subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections and document findings.
• Assist in resolving onsite issues.
• Manage tools and materials efficiently.
• Support construction team as needed.
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Basic understanding of construction processes and safety protocols.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem solve and work in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
