Site Supervisor Forklift
Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
• Hiring Forklift Drivers : Manage the recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding new forklift operators.
• Team Management : Supervise and coordinate daily tasks for forklift drivers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Basic Reporting : Use Excel to maintain records of daily operations, including driver schedules, performance, and operational data.
• Safety Oversight : Ensure that drivers adhere to safety protocols during forklift operations.
• Communication : Act as the main point of contact between forklift drivers and management, providing clear instructions and resolving any issues.
Basic Requirements :
• Language Skills : Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience : Prior experience managing teams, preferably in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Technical Skills : Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for record-keeping and reporting.
• Leadership : Strong organizational and communication skills to manage and guide a team of forklift drivers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?22,000.00 per month
