Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our furniture manufacturing and installation projects. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing on-site activities, taking measurements from site ,ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the furniture industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Oversee daily operations at the project site, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with project plans and specifications.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of tasks.

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Quality Control:

Ensure all furniture measurement meet company quality standards and client expectations.

Conduct regular site inspections to check the quality of work and adherence to safety standards.

Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and manage on-site teams, including carpenters, installers, and other laborers.

Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Safety Management:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.

Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for team members.

Investigate and report any accidents or incidents promptly.

Client Relations:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients on-site.

Address client concerns and queries in a professional and timely manner.

Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and high-quality work.

Resource Management:

Manage the allocation and utilization of materials, tools, and equipment on-site.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.

Ensure efficient use of resources to minimize waste and control costs.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and timesheets.

Provide regular project updates to senior management.

Ensure all documentation is completed and filed in accordance with company procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the furniture industry.

Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing, hard wood , engineering wood taking measurement , quality standards.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using project management software and tools.

Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.

Education:

A degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Relevant certifications or training in project management and safety are a plus.
