Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a Data Centre Electrical Project in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site operations, ensuring work progress aligns with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage all electrical works at the site, including installations and testing.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and maintain work quality.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members for smooth execution.
• Monitor resource allocation, material usage, and site safety protocols.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any on-site issues.
• Maintain daily progress reports and update project managers regularly.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience in electrical site supervision.
• Strong understanding of HT/LT installations, cables, and power distribution.
• Proficiency in site management and safety compliance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
