SITE SUPERVISIOR

We are a coating company. Specializing in innovative and premium solutions for decorative wall, ceiling, and flooring finishes. We offer a range of high quality products designed to transform spaces into artistic masterpieces, combining aesthetics with durability.

We are seeking a dedicated site supervisor to join our team and oversee the execution of our projects with precision , dedication and quality. Preference will be given to the supervisor who has an experience of construction or civil line.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight:

Supervise and manage on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Quality Control:

Ensure all work meets the company's and client quality standards and specifications.

Team Coordination

: Coordinate with manager's , workers, client and architect's to ensure smooth operations on-site.

Material Management:

Oversee the delivery, usage, and inventory of materials on-site.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively.

Reporting:

Provide regular updates on project progress to the management team and backend works.

Requirements

Graduation or ITI or B.Tech . Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment. Able to do overtime when required. Able to handle pressure according to the need.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
