Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior design projects at various job sites. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless execution of projects by supervising on-site activities, managing a team of workers, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations, and liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight:
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities on-site during the execution of projects.
• Ensure that all work is completed on schedule and in accordance with the project plan, design specifications, and quality standards.
• Act as the main point of contact between the client, design team, and contractors on-site.
• Team Management:
• Supervise and guide contractors, subcontractors, and other workers on-site.
• Ensure that workers follow safety protocols and adhere to industry best practices.
• Motivate, train, and ensure proper workflow among site staff.
• Quality Control:
• Monitor and ensure that the installation of materials and finishes (e.g., lighting, flooring) meets the quality and design standards set by the design team.
• Conduct regular site inspections to check the progress and quality of the work.
• Address and resolve any issues related to workmanship or materials, reporting to the Project Manager or Operations Manager as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
