Job Description

The required person will be responsible for overseeing the execution of industrial projects at client sites. The role involves coordinating activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

The measurement of work done includes:

1. Project Execution:

• Supervise on-site activities related to PU flooring, epoxy application, concrete polishing.
• ?Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to meet project milestones.

2. Material Management:

• Monitor material usage, inventory levels, and procurement schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Optimize material utilization to minimize wastage.

3. Client Interaction:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during site visits.
• Understand client requirements and address any concerns promptly.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and resolve issues proactively.

4. Quality Assurance:

• Inspect workmanship, materials, and installations to ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
• Implement corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections and quality checks.

5. Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe work environment.
• Conduct safety briefings for site personnel. o Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

6. Experience and Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of relevant experience in industrial construction or site supervision.
• Knowledge of PU flooring, epoxy coatings, acid-resistant tiling, and related materials.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

7. Team Player: Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients.

8. Qualification: 12th, ITI, Diploma, Any Degree

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
