Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a driven and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering or an ITI certification in a relevant trade, coupled with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all crew activities on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations, conducting inspections, and providing training to crew members.
• Ensure construction quality by inspecting materials and workmanship, and reporting any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety records.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant ITI certification (e.g., Mason, Carpenter)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction site supervision
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently
• Proficient in construction site reading and interpretation of plans and specifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
