Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Oversee and manage construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers, subcontractors, and other site staff.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with project specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and prepare daily reports, highlighting any issues or delays.
• Resource Management: Manage the allocation and usage of materials, tools, and equipment to avoid wastage and ensure efficient operations.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
