Job Title: Site Supervisor (Residential Buildings)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing residential building projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure that residential projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily site operations, manage subcontractors and labor crews, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and laborers, providing direction, support, and guidance as needed.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all construction activities meet quality standards and building codes. Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce site safety protocols and regulations to minimize accidents and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Perform regular safety audits and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Resource Management: Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials and equipment, ensuring they are available when needed and properly accounted for.
• Progress Monitoring: Track and report on project progress, including scheduling, costs, and completion milestones. Address any delays or issues promptly to maintain project timelines.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the site team, project managers, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on site activities, progress, and any challenges.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve construction-related issues as they arise, utilizing problem-solving skills to keep the project on track.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, inspection reports, and safety reports. Ensure proper documentation for project compliance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within residential building construction.
• Education: Diploma In Civil ( Or ) B.E Civil Engineering
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, materials, and building codes.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
