Site Supervisor (Civil) - 02 Candidates

Salary 15K - 20K

Location: Gwalior.

Experience - 02-03 Years.

Key Responsibilities:

Male candidates Preferred

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other workers to ensure the timely completion of projects.

Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed reports on progress and issues.

Ensure compliance with all local building regulations.

Resolve any construction issues or conflicts that arise on-site.

Manage project budgets and resources efficiently to avoid cost overruns.

Maintain accurate records of daily activities, materials used, and labor costs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site supervision and home construction.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building structures.

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Desired Skills:

Experience in residential home construction projects.

Familiarity with sustainable construction practices.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
