Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities at the site, ensuring work is carried out according to design specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines. The role requires a hands-on approach, leading the site workforce, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of Construction Work : Monitor and supervise all construction activities to ensure they are carried out as per the approved plans and schedules.
• Workforce Management : Assign tasks to workers, monitor progress, and ensure that the labour force is working efficiently.
• Quality Control : Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in compliance with project standards, specifications, and approved construction drawings.
• Health & Safety Compliance : Enforce safety standards on the site and ensure compliance with local and company health and safety regulations.
• Coordination with Stakeholders : Liaise with the Project Manager, contractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain daily work logs, prepare site reports, and update the Project Manager on progress, challenges, and any potential delays.
• Resource Allocation : Manage equipment and material inventory, ensuring that the site is adequately stocked with necessary resources.
• Problem-Solving : Identify and address site issues, including technical challenges, material shortages, or unexpected delays, and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure Compliance : Ensure adherence to building codes, labor regulations, and other legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background : Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction site supervision, preferably in residential building projects.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge : Familiarity with construction methods, building codes, and health & safety regulations.
• Software Skills : Basic proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.

• Candidates should be prepared for physically demanding work and long hours, including weekends, based on project needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?21,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
