Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at Master Mouldings (GRP & GRC) in Mumbai. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proven experience in construction management or a similar role minimum 3 years
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
• Making sure All team members follow the standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Each project phase is to be inspected thoroughly to maintain high-quality standards.
• Any issues or challenges are addressed promptly and communicated with seniors if necessary.
• The worksite remains organised and safe at all times.

Working Days - Monday to Saturday

Pay Range - 18k to 25k

Timing - 10am to 7pm
