Position: Site Supervisor Civil

Overview:
As a Site Supervisor at Aryaman Lifespaces Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. Working closely with the subcontractor and construction team, you will ensure that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
• Supervise and inspect the work of labourers and subcontractors to maintain quality standards and adherence to project timelines.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and as-built drawings.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment for all personnel on-site.
• Collaborate with the sub-contractor to identify and address any changes or modifications to the project scope or requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the construction team to resolve technical challenges and ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Previous experience working in construction or civil engineering, preferably in a site engineer/supervisor role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple sites simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
