Job Summary: The Site Civil Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing the construction and development of civil engineering projects. This role involves planning, designing, and executing projects to ensure they meet all specifications, codes, and safety standards. The Site Civil Engineer collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, including architects, contractors, and government agencies, to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Design:
• Conduct site investigations and assessments.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Construction Management:
• Oversee and manage construction activities on-site.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
• Quality Control and Assurance:
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
• Implement quality control measures and procedures.
• Ensure all materials and workmanship meet project specifications.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
• Promote a culture of safety on-site.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and progress.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management and stakeholders.
• Document any changes or variations in project scope.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Attend meetings and provide updates on project status.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
