: Site Supervisor

Qualification :

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience :

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in site supervision.

Preferred Location :

• Kochi.

Requirements :

• Must own a two-wheeler.
• Willingness to multitask and manage 2-3 sites simultaneously if required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and oversee construction activities at the site to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other stakeholders to maintain project progress and quality standards.
• Monitor material usage, inventory, and ensure proper allocation of resources.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Report daily progress and site updates to project managers and senior staff.
• Identify and address potential issues or delays proactively.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, labor attendance, and material records.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.

Salary :

• ?20,000 to ?25,000 per month (based on experience).
