Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is completed according to the project plan, specifications, and standards.
• Monitor the progress of the project and ensure that timelines are met.
• Ensure that all construction activities adhere to the quality standards set by the company.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests on materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other site personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
• Work closely with the project manager to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct safety briefings and inspections regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, material usage, and manpower deployment.
• Prepare and submit site reports, including progress updates and any issues encountered.
• Identify and resolve any on-site issues that may arise during construction.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to implement solutions effectively.
• Manage the use of materials, labor, and equipment to optimize productivity and reduce wastage.
• Ensure that all resources are available and properly allocated to meet project deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2-4 years of on-site experience in real estate construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Candidates already residing in Goa

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
