We are seeking a seasoned

Civil Engineer

with 2-5 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, design, and execution of diverse civil engineering projects. Responsibilities include ensuring projects are completed safely, within budgetary constraints, and in compliance with industry standards. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of 10-30 laborers on each site. Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Design:

Collaborate with clients, architects, and stakeholders to grasp project requisites and goals. Develop feasibility studies, conceptual blueprints, and cost evaluations for proposed projects. Utilize engineering software and tools for designing structural components, transportation systems, water and wastewater treatment facilities, or other infrastructure schemes.

2. Regulatory Compliance:

Guarantee adherence to pertinent building codes, zoning ordinances, and environmental benchmarks. Secure necessary permits and approvals from regulatory bodies.

3. Construction Oversight:

Offer technical backing during construction phases, including scrutinizing plans, specifications, and contractor submissions. Conduct on-site inspections to oversee construction progress, quality, and safety compliance. Address design modifications or unforeseen challenges encountered during construction. Manage 10-30 laborers on each site effectively.

4. Project Management:

Formulate project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure punctual completion. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.

5. Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC):

Enforce QA/QC protocols to assure project deliverables meet quality standards. Conduct design assessments and inspections to detect and resolve potential issues.

6. Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary liaison for clients, maintaining regular communication to address concerns and furnish project updates. Identify prospects for additional services and contribute to business development endeavors.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field; a Master's degree may be advantageous for specific roles. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or willingness to attain one. 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering, emphasizing project design and management. Proficiency in engineering software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SAP2000, or equivalent. Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings and work autonomously.
