Site Supervisor (civil)
Job Description
• You shall oversee all aspects of construction projects to ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations are consistently met.
• We expect you to coordinate and supervise on-site staff, subcontractors, and other personnel effectively, ensuring clear communication and task delegation.
• You will monitor project progress daily, keeping accurate records and providing updates to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.
• You shall conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues, implementing corrective measures swiftly to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• We expect you to liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to align project objectives and address any concerns or changes promptly.
• You will manage resources efficiently, including equipment and materials, to optimize cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality outputs.
• You shall enforce a culture of safety by ensuring that all on-site activities comply with health and safety legislation and company policies.
• We expect you to prepare detailed reports documenting site activities, incidents, and progress for review by stakeholders.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
