The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively. As a Landscape Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of landscape construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews on various projects.
Plan and organize daily work schedules.
Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Train and mentor new employees.
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other team members. Qualifications: Previous experience in landscaping or a related field.
Proven leadership abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
