Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
• Knowledge of procurement of construction material its proper storage and accounting process.
• Should have idea of quality of construction materials, various types of tests to be conducted.
• Should have hiring knowledge of manpower, tools and its proper deployment as per site/activity requirement.
• Should have idea of resolving the conflicts between working staffs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Requirements

• 3-5 Yrs. Experience in Bridge Construction. (Major / Minor Bridge, Box Culvert work)
• Diploma in civil Engineering/ Science Graduate from a recognized intuition.
• Idea of laying PCC / RCC at site, Knowledge of checking of Reinforcements placed in various segments of structure.
• Knowledge of Monitoring of Quality & Quantity of Materials procured at site and Man power & Machineries mobilized at site.
• Basic Knowledge of Testing of Materials & Concrete Work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Salary: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
