Responsibilities: -Monitoring day-to-day activities diligently by visiting all the working sites. -Ensure supervision of construction of interior work inside plant premises. -Ensure all carpenters, plumbers, electricians, labours etc. reach and work at place on site. -Maintain material log. -Manage the procurement of materials and labour necessary to complete the project. -Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals. -Ensure unloading of materials arrived at site. -Implement the site specific Health and Safety Work Plan and ensure safe working conditions. -Record site observations, employee hours, health and safety statistics. -Supervise subcontractors and approve invoices. -Interpreting interior plans and designs. -Ensuring project completion as per the timeline. Requirements -Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in related field. -Proven work experience in interior work such as furniture, false ceiling, partition, MEP Familiarity with required tools and equipment. -Strong leadership qualities. -Good communication skills. -Ability to offer a high level of customer service Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb912,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb922,000.00 per month Schedule:
