Urgent requirement for Junior Site Supervisor for Hospital construction project in Ambikapaur, Chattisgarh location

Job Summary:
The Junior Site Supervisor will assist in overseeing the construction and installation activities at the hospital project site. This role involves close coordination with senior supervisors, contractors, and the project management team to ensure timely, safe, and quality execution of work. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and have a strong understanding of construction practices specific to healthcare projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising on-site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to the project's plans and specifications.
• Monitor laborers, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate daily work activities, material, and equipment delivery to minimize delays and maintain productivity.
• Report daily progress to the senior site supervisor or project manager.
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety protocols, and organize daily briefings on safety measures.
• Help in troubleshooting on-site issues, escalating them to the senior team when necessary.
• Maintain accurate logs of materials used, labor hours, and any project changes.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in construction site supervision, preferably in healthcare or commercial projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and healthcare project requirements.
• Familiarity with safety protocols, quality standards, and best practices in construction.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications like MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
