Job Summary: Oversee and manage all on-site interior construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Supervision: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to plans and standards. Monitor progress and address any issues.
- Quality Control: Conduct inspections, maintain records, and ensure high-quality workmanship and materials.
- Team Management: Supervise on-site workforce, ensuring clarity of roles and enhancing productivity.
- Health and Safety: Enforce safety regulations, conduct briefings, and report incidents.
- Coordination: Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders. Manage material delivery and site communication.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate site records and prepare regular project status reports.
