Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site activities, ensuring work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and the internal design team for seamless project execution.
• Monitor material usage, inventory, and safety compliance on-site.
• Prepare daily progress reports and provide updates to management.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction or fabrication projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and material handling.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and plans.
• Self-motivated and solution-oriented.
