While no two days are likely to be the same, your typical responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and coordinate security service providers, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels, KPIs, and cost efficiencies.
• Lead investigations into security incidents, breaches, or criminal activities and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Implement and periodically review site-specific security protocols, including emergency response plans
• Establish strong relationships with local law enforcement, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination during emergencies.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to develop and execute business continuity and incident response plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact during critical incidents, ensuring swift decision-making and communication with stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership regarding security trends, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Who were looking for:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent; professional security certifications (e.g., CPP, CSMP) are an advantage.
• At least 9 years of progressive experience in corporate security, law enforcement, or the armed forces in leadership roles.
• Experience working with global or multinational organizations, demonstrating a deep understanding of cross-cultural business environments.
• Proficient in managing advanced security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring systems.
• Strong knowledge of local and international security regulations and compliance requirements.
• Expertise in conducting risk assessments, security audits, and incident investigations.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams across multiple locations with a focus on performance and accountability.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all
