Site Safety Engineer (m/f/x)

Your tasks:

• Preparation and implementation of Site Specific HSE Plan traffic plan, security plan and implement
• Coordinate with Clients and contractor's on-site safety activities, training programs and emergency plans, drills and procedure.
• Prepare and issue weekly and monthly HSE statistics report and statistical report on accident/incident trends.
• Preparing KPI and demonstrate in monthly safety Meeting
• Prepare safety agenda and raised in Weekly Safety meeting and used to record in MOM
• Conducting incident investigations to determine root cause(s) and contributory factors; reporting of findings to management and suggestions for follow-up actions aimed at preventing a reoccurrence.
• Promoting Safety awareness through Toolbox meetings, campaigns, best safety awards and Audits.
• Preparation & implementation of various work permits like LOTOTO, general work Permit, hot work permit, confined work permit, critical hazardous work Permit and Line break permit.
• Ensure Emergency arrangement and LOTOTO system during shutdown activities
• Inspects all firefighting equipment etc.
• Regular inspection of the project sites to see that the requirements of health, safety and environment are strictly being carried out by the contractors.
• Preparing of risk assessment and JSA for specific work and communicated to personnel in safety meeting to implement at site






Your profile:

• Safety Engineer with 8-7 years of experience
• strong background in the chemical/API industry
• Qualification - Graduation in engineering
• Industry - Chemical/Agro-Chemicals/ Pharmaceutical
