Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer


Job Summary:


We are seeking a talented and experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, automation, and cloud technologies.


Responsibilities and Duties:

• Implement and maintain automated monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and mitigate issues
• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement scalable and reliable services
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, incidents, and outages
• Work closely with infrastructure teams to design and build resilient and secure infrastructure
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support
• Continuously improve and optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability


Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Nagios
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
