Asterisk and YellowAI services installation on customer premises/cloud. Managing Asterisk ARI service integration with Yellow Voice BOT Platform. Performance / utilisation monitoring or Asterisk instances. Integrations with other contact centre platforms. Looking For Candidates Who Have L2 Customer support engineer with experience of 2+ to 5 years. Troubleshooting SIP, RTP, NAT related voice issues. Good command over linux commands related to troubleshooting. Debugging and troubleshooting linux services and SIP RTP signalling and media. Good knowledge of networking commands on linux and troubleshooting. Experience with managing, maintaining, installing and configuring Asterisk/Freeswitch/Kamailio is plus. Swarm networks.
