We are looking for an IT System Administrator / Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and help us to:

• administer crucial infrastructure for platforms, both on-premises and in the Cloud
• implement migrations, upgrades, and patches across all environments
• create/Manage new on-boarding projects
• assist a large user community with technical support
• ensure \xe2\x80\x9clights-on\xe2\x80\x9d support-services are up and running for all environments
• help Define and Build automation routines to improve the service
• collaborate with cross-functional teams like engineering, hardware, platform services, and operations
• occasional on-call / weekend support is required to support critical activities during non-business hours

UBS RecruitingYour teamYou will be working in the Data Platform Service, Site Reliability Engineering Team based in Pune or Hyderabad, India to engineer, operate, and support, in collaboration with our Global Data Management Service team, a Center of Excellence for data technologies and services based on Informatica products. We work closely with Product Engineering Teams, and you will be party to a new Center of Excellence for our Analytics. As a member of the Site Reliability Engineering Team, which has a global footprint and works with clients around the world, we will drive consistency across business divisions and optimize operations by providing timely, robust, cost-effective solutions to our clients. • a bachelor\'s degree, or 5 years of IT work experience
• experience working with stakeholders in an Informatica/ETL environment
• good understanding of Informatica products or another ETL tool, and/or Cloud based Data Management tools
• Dev-Ops experience with Unix Shell, Python, PowerShell scripting, or other programming languages
• good understanding of various RDBMS\'s, such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, AzureSQL, Sybase or DB2
• a confident communicator that can explain complex technologies to any audience
