- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members.
- Perform peer review and feature validation. 2. Incident Management:
- Lead incident management efforts, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve service disruptions and minimize impact on customers.
- Establish incident response processes and procedures, ensuring timely identification, escalation, and resolution of incidents. 3. Azure Services Management:
- Utilize Azure DevOps for version control, continuous integration, and deployment of infrastructure and applications.
- Manage Azure Web Apps, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance. 4. Monitoring and Alerting:
- Implement monitoring solutions to proactively detect and respond to system anomalies and performance issues.
- Configure alerts and notifications to notify relevant stakeholders of critical events and incidents. 4. Infrastructure as Code:
- Utilize infrastructure as code (IaC) principles to automate deployment and management of cloud resources using tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates. 5. Database Management:
