Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based systems, focusing on automation, scalability, and resiliency. Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to proactively identify and resolve issues. Monitor system performance and capacity, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis. Continuously improve system reliability through performance optimization, capacity planning, and fault tolerance. Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security standards, and data protection regulations. Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely resolution of production issues. Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentorship of junior team members. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role, with a focus on cloud-based deployments. Strong proficiency in industry-standard tooling for open-source alerting, logging, and monitoring, such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or similar. Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS/ Azure /GCP, and hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Go. Solid understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and container orchestration frameworks. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment processes, and configuration management tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Flux). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Proven track record of delivering reliable, scalable, and high-performance solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. Understanding of Bigdata/Spark/Scala/Hadoop systems and troubleshooting abilities is a plus.
