Job Summary:
We are seeking a strong-headed and results-driven Site Manager to oversee and ensure the seamless execution of construction and development activities at our real estate sites. The ideal candidate will excel in managing contractors, resolving issues proactively, and maintaining superior work standards . This role requires a decisive leader who takes ownership of tasks and ensures quality at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure all development of land activities are carried out according to project plans, timelines, and quality standards.
• Ensure contractor performance aligns with company expectations, emphasizing excellent workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
• Proactively identify and resolve site issues , using critical thinking and resourcefulness to maintain project momentum.
• Act as a firm yet professional liaison between contractors, vendors, and company stakeholders to communicate expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports and escalate critical concerns to the management team promptly.
• Maintain strict control over materials and resources , minimizing wastage and ensuring timely procurement.
• Enforce to handover possession of plots of land to clients as per company guidelines

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to assert authority while maintaining professional relationships.
• Proven ability to "get things done" and drive outcomes in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent knowledge of development processes, contractor management , and problem-solving strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively manage and motivate contractors and laborers.
• Hands-on experience with site management tools and techniques .
• A proactive approach with a "can-do" attitude and a focus on results.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum [3 years] of experience in site management in the real estate or construction industry.
