Position: Site Manager
Location: Raipur
Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Salary: 15,000 to \xe2\x82\xb930,000 per month
Qualification: BE, BTech, or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (Preferred)Roles and Responsibilities:Site Management:Oversee daily operations at the production site.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure efficient and timely production.
Ensure that all processes are followed according to the companys guidelines and safety standards.Client Handling:Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Address client concerns and queries promptly.
Ensure client satisfaction by meeting project timelines and quality expectations.Documentation:Maintain accurate records of production processes, materials used, and project timelines.
Prepare reports and documentation as required for internal and client use.
Ensure that all documentation is compliant with industry standards and company policies.Client Management:Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Regularly update clients on project status, addressing any changes or issues.
Coordinate with the client to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met.Team Leadership:Lead a team of engineers and technicians to achieve production goals.
Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high performance.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any issues.Quality Control:Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.
Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout the production cycle.Resource Management:Manage resources efficiently to ensure cost-effective production.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of materials and equipment.Key Skills:Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and client handling skills.
Proficiency in documentation and report preparation.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
