Site Manager
Job Description
The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction site,
ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• ? Plan and coordinate all on-site activities.
• ? Supervise site workers and subcontractors.
• ? Ensure adherence to construction plans, specifications, and schedules.
• ? Manage site logistics and resource allocation.
• ? Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• ? Conduct regular inspections of construction work and materials.
• ? Identify and document any defects or deviations from quality standards.
Qualifications:
• ? Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• ? Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management.
• ? Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
• ? Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
