If you really want to make a difference - make it with usThe role of the Site Manager (SM) is to manage the site. All site activities are coordinated, including those of subcontractors/temporary personnel and local Siemens employees who are working on the project on site, while complying with/optimizing the project schedule and the project budget. The SM also coordinates collaboration between the subsections of the project and is responsible for site safety. The SM has authority to issue instructions in safety matters.Your new role \xe2\x80\x93 challenging and future-

• Customer contact for all site-relevant topics relating to the Siemens scope of supply (empowerment by the PM)
• Representative of project management on site
• Definition of construction site regulations
• Coordination of all site activities
• Compliance with rules and regulations on industrial safety, health and the environment
• Coordination and monitoring of the scope of supply and coordination of the interfaces to external scopes of supply
• Permanent monitoring and control of costs and schedules and the claims situation
• Monitoring of the contract dates of the various subsections
• Reporting on site progress and preparation of full site documentation
• Ensuring compliance with the applicable legislation and with rules/regulations on industrial safety, workplace safety, environmental protection and accident protection

Skills Required

• Prior experience of BHS/Material Handling projects
• Working knowledge on AutoCAD, Navis Manage etc.
• Process driven and detail oriented.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills
