The perfect candidate will combine a technical background with outstanding leadership abilities and a strategic outlook.As the Site Leader, you will guide our teams, oversee projects, and ensure the smooth delivery of our products. This role does not include direct reports, but you will serve as a leader with team members reporting to you on a dotted line basis. You must have a strong ability to work with cross-functional partners.Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of ~80 technical professionals
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages continuous learning and improvement.
- Provide regional leadership to local teams and those with a dotted line.
- Offer guidance to ensure high-quality work and best practices.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, technical services, and QA, for seamless project outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with global teams for alignment and consistency across projects.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our products.
- Maintain robust processes and monitor the technical infrastructure and tools used by the team.Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Available to work onsite 80% of the time at our office in Mumbai.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex software projects.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a global or multicultural environment is a plus.
• Available to work flexible hours between 10-7pm IST
