The perfect candidate will combine a background in supporting technical services/software engineering teams and possess strategic, inspiring leadership.As the Site Leader, you will provide oversight, and aid the smooth delivery of our projects and product initiatives. This role does not include direct reports, but you will serve as a leader with team members reporting to you on a dotted line basis. You must have a strong ability to work with cross-functional partners.Responsibilities:
- Provide regional leadership, supporting a team of ~80 technical professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages continuous learning and improvement.
- Offer guidance to ensure high-quality work and best practices.
- Aid the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
- Support department leaders with ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, technical services, and QA, for seamless project outcomes.
- Develop and implement cultural initiatives and strategies aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with global teams for alignment and consistency across projects.
- Partner with technical leaders to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our products.
