### Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript)
• 6 years of experience with software development and database technologies.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.



### Preferred qualifications:

• 4 years of experience with distributed databases, NoSQL and systems infrastructure.

• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of technical leads.
• Establish a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team environment that empowers individuals to reach their full potential.
• Craft a compelling site charter, starting from Gemini and AI in database.
• Nurture and expand our customer relationships in the Asia Pacific region, ensuring their needs are met with the right solutions and engagement.
• Collaborate with Google Cloud Database Engineering teams worldwide to enhance our NonRelational Databases offerings and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
