The primary responsibility is to cultivate the company culture and brand within the center, attracting and retaining top talent to support the Agenda, and for executing the vision, mission, and overall strategy. The Site Lead is accountable for the overall direction, scaling, and operations of the site, creating a strong operational culture, maintaining high performance and high quality throughout the team.This role enables the achievement of service levels, performance, productivity, cost goals and successful program implementations. The leader will also provide functional leadership withing Software and Cloud Engineering teams providing leadership in innovation and technology advancements within these disciplines.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide vision, leadership, and direction & responsible for the day-to-day operations, governance, and marketing of the center.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital innovation strategies that meet the needs of the company in aiding business transformation and improving customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Software Engineering and Cloud Engineering initiatives that drives innovation and accelerates the execution of the Tech and Data roadmap.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain local policies, procedures and systems designed to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the site.
  • Ensure adherence to company ethical codes of conduct and quality standards.
  • Manage local vendor relationships and service level agreements to ensure high-quality services and timely delivery.
  • Serve as a coach for the team
  • Establish Companys strategy and relevant operating & governance model(s)
  • Support to Global functional teams such as HR, Finance, EBS, etc in managing their functions & teams in country
  • Build an employer of choice brand
  • Develop innovation programs
  • Evangelize across teams globally
  • Manage performance by effectively leading teams to ensure that expectations and standards are met
  • Provide support to the senior management team in ongoing process improvement and governance initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in digital innovation project management, including development and execution of successful programs aimed at delivering value to customers.
  • Proven track record of success in working in and leading a similar DSC or GCC in India
  • Strong understanding of the latest digital innovation methodologies and technologies within Software Engineering and Cloud Engineering disciplines.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in a leadership role in a multinational organization.
  • Experience leading and managing global, cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy and management
  • Capable of handling multiples projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion
  • Must have positive and professional verbal and written communication skills and maintain excellent interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience working in a global company. Experience in start-ups preferred
  • 15+ years operations and people management experience
  • Experience as a project owner/sponsor for strategic step change initiatives and enabling innovative thinking in project teams
  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Demonstrates a passion for developing great talent
  • Ability to build strategic plans and operate tactically
