Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the water and wastewater treatment plant, ensuring smooth and effective functioning.
• Team Supervision: Manage and lead a team of engineers, operators, and other site personnel. Provide training, guidance, and support to staff to ensure high-performance standards.
• Project Coordination: Plan, execute, and monitor the installation, operation, and maintenance of plant equipment, ensuring project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Operational Efficiency: Optimize plant performance by identifying and implementing improvements in process efficiency, cost reduction, and resource management.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and best practices, minimizing risks and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as plant capacity, water quality standards, and treatment performance. Ensure the plant operates within set parameters.
• Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of plant equipment, ensuring timely repairs and the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.
• Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on plant operations, water quality, and environmental impact to regulatory authorities and senior management.
• Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve operational and technical issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to plant operations.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with local authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in plant operations or related projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
