Job Title: Site In-Charge Location: Patas, Daund Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Project Manager CTC: \xe2\x82\xb94.5 LPA Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site in charge to oversee the construction and maintenance of our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Patas, Daund. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience. The site In-charge will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring projects meet regulatory standards, and are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Management:
- Oversee day-to-day on-site operations and maintenance activities for the pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards, particularly those relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Prepare and maintain detailed progress reports and records of materials used.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Act as a liaison between the company, contractors, regulatory bodies, and property owners.
- Inform affected parties of any disruptions, such as road closures.
- Monitor maintenance activities to ensure they meet regulatory standards, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Evaluate and approve payments for quantities and services rendered.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, serving as the Radiation Protection Officer when necessary.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in construction and maintenance, preferably in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Experience in civil engineering works, HVAC installations, and field surveying.
- Competency in project management and construction supervision.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
