Job Details

:
• Ensure that all Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Process Safety Management programs comply with both corporate and statutory requirements and that all required documentation is maintained, accurate and up to date.
• Focus on Continuous Improvement of all Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Process Safety


Management program.


TASKS :

• Resolves issues related to all accidents, incidents, spills and significant "near-misses" by ensuring appropriate investigation, root cause identification and hazard mitigation or elimination through effective engineering control or personnel protective measures.
• Participates in Executive Review process and generation of Retus of Experience.
• Evaluates hazardous conditions and practices and works with appropriate disciplines to develop hazard control practices and programs.
• Assists in communicating hazard control information and evaluates effectiveness of the control.
• Guides and assists facility personnel with significant audit findings, critical safety and health problems.
• Support plant management with roll-out of company programs.
• Develop strategic improvement plans for Site Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Process Safety


Management. Lead implementation of these plans to fully adhere to the Management Systems

• Develop, manage and audit managements system in compliance with law and company requirements
• Review capital expenditure requests to ensure occupational safety and process safety issues have been considered and addressed prior to submittal.
• Review other company accident and REX then make recommendations for the plant
• Oversee and assist facilities with safety training programs and activities. Assess safety emergency response preparedness with regular exercises
• Review industrial hygiene results and assist facilities in addressing exposure issues.
• Oversee loss control programs associated exteal and inteal programs.






Desired Profile : - Large variety of manufacturing and filling processes- Complexity of product range and customers demands- Cost driven activity / necessary to be a low cost producer- Many benchmark opportunities (inteal Bostik or exteal)ACCOUNTABILITIES- Responsible for maintenance safety equipment- Develop Training program related to HSE- Manage HSE audits program on site- Participate in the definition of plant HSE strategy : process, tools aligned with corporate requirements- Propose and Define key performance indicators and track them


Key Skills : - Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Health & Safety or related field - Strong verbal, written, analytical, and persuasive skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the plant staff. - Minimum of 5 years experience working as a HSE Professional in Manufacturing, preferably in a chemical industry - Demonstrated computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD etc.) - Superior communication and writing
