They combine technical expertise & a team of Highly skilled workforce to provide life cycle power solutions, optimizing plant performance and their customer\'s progress.Position: Site HRLocation: BhavnagarExperience: 3-4 years in Thermal Power PlantSalary: 25 - 35kJob Summary:The Site HR Executive will be responsible for managing the human resources operations at the plant or project site, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and handling employee relations. This role is crucial for maintaining workforce management, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating communication between the workforce and management.Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Handle local recruitment efforts, including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions at the site.
  • Manage the onboarding process and ensure new hires are fully integrated into the team.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as the point of contact for employee grievances, concerns, and queries for 100-150 employees
  • Foster a positive working environment and handle any conflicts or issues that arise.
  • Conduct regular meetings and open forums to address employee needs.
  • Compliance & Legal:
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Manage compliance with statutory requirements such as ESI, PF, and other employee benefits.
  • Liaise with government authorities for labor inspections, compliance, and legal matters.
  • Attendance & Payroll Management:
  • Oversee attendance tracking and leave management using HR systems.
  • Coordinate with the central HR team for payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
  • Health, Safety, and Welfare:
  • Collaborate with the safety officer to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor employee welfare and participate in health and safety initiatives.
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle complex employee relations issues.
  • Experience in managing a large workforce at industrial or construction sites.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR from Thermal Power Plant sector
  • Fluency in English and Gujarat
  • Should be headstrong candidate who can easily handle 100+ employees
