Job Description

Location:Navi Mumbai

Must haves :

Least 2 years of experience as site head of mandate project. Must have worked in the navi Mumbai ( between Palava to Panvel) . Candidates working in a competitive environment as a real estate developer may also apply .

Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire site and sales staff allocated to the site.

- Actively collaborate with the marketing team (both online and offline) to design and contribute to the marketing strategy.

- Drive and manage the channel partner team to expand their network.

- Translate sales plans for sales agents in line with the business unit strategy.

- Ensure maximum revenue targets are met through both mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment within the designated zone/territory.

- Ensure timely billing of all sale transactions and accurate collection of payments.

- Train and evaluate the performance of the team, consisting of 10 to 15 employees.

- Conduct aggressive business development to onboard more developers for mandates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,200,000.00 - ?1,400,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
