Job Description

Oversee and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators. Develop and implement work schedules, manage labor resources, and ensure tasks are completed on time. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Monitor project expenses and ensure the project stays within budget. Identify and resolve issues that may arise on the construction site. Communicate effectively with workers, supervisors, and project stakeholders. Motivate and lead the construction crew, ensuring they are working effectively and efficiently. Provide on-the-job training to workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks safely and effectively. Prepare and submit daily or weekly progress reports to supervisors.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
