Job description : Execution Engineer/Site Engineer
Role Summary:
Execution Engineer would be responsible for end to end of execution for the projects.
Expectations from the Role :
Managing the end to end of construction at site planning, scheduling, deploying, monitoring and delivery.
Key Deliverables:
Will be reporting to Project Manager.
Manage the construction in alignment with changes in design.
Must have worked on Hotels/Resorts/ Villas / Independent Houses
Resource Planning, Materials Management, Contract Management and Safety Management
Managing site execution in entirety.
Planning , Reading Drawings , Layout and execution accordingly .
Coordination with Contractor/ Labor
Checklist Sign off.
Alignment, right angel, Tidiness aspects.
Candidate Profile:
B.E / B.Tech (Civil) or equivalent with minimum 5-7 years of experience a similar role.
PG in construction Management or equivalent will be an added advantage
Candidates with creative bent of mind, high on energy and flexibility would be ideal fit to this role.
Interaction Matrix: The position would interact with the following stakeholders on regular basis for inputs, execution, feedback, escalation, etc
- Construction & PMC Head
- Project Lead
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
