Location : Bangalore , Bellary & Mysore

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Site Engineer to join our team at Atha Constructions , a leading real estate development company. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the project manager, contractors, and subcontractors to oversee all aspects of site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth progress of construction activities.
• Coordinate and manage construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all construction activities are in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor and report on the progress of construction work and provide regular updates to the project manager.
• Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues, delays, or quality concerns and take corrective actions.
• Ensure that all materials, tools, and equipment are available and in good working condition.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing technical documents and contracts related to construction projects.
• Collaborate with other engineers and departments to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress logs, and construction schedules.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and costs efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards on-site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Willing to Execute Individual Residential building as per the drawings
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building regulations.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards in construction.

Pay: ?16,730.24 - ?40,501.03 per month
