Qualification - B.Tech - civil
Experience - Min. 3 + yrs in real estate
Salary - Upto 4.8 lac
Location - Jodhpur (Rajasthan)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Site Preparation: Coordinating and overseeing site preparation activities, including excavation, foundation work, and utility installations.
Resource Allocation: Managing resources such as labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
Timeline Management: Developing and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Blueprint Interpretation: Reviewing and interpreting architectural and engineering blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Quality Control: Monitoring construction activities to ensure they adhere to design specifications and quality standards.
Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving any technical issues that arise during the construction process.
Safety Protocols: Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?480,000.00 per year
