Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our Resort. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of using AutoCAD for design and project management mostly in hotel project.

Job Summary:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Use AutoCAD to create detailed construction plans and blueprints.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all parties involved in the project.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of construction.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in hotel project.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
